I am a Barrister with over 15 years of experience representing clients in courts all over the country. I have a wealth of experience in the area of road traffic law and have an excellent success rate.

No job is too big or small and I am always willing to go that extra mile to help you in reaching a successful conclusion to your case. If you want the best, then why waste time with the rest?

Contact me today for advice on how to deal with your case, the first consultation is free- why not have a chat about it, what do you have to lose?

I take pride in providing a high-quality service, including a high standard of legal representation through robust advocacy. I am always well prepared and will advise you on your case at each stage of the proceedings, this way you will know exactly what is happening and not left in the dark.

For the first-time barristers, such as I, have the opportunity to compete directly with solicitors in managing cases on behalf of clients from start to finish. This means that I am able to deal with all the aspects of your case that a solicitor would do. I can advise you with regards to your case from the beginning right through to the end.

So, I hear you say, what is the advantage of using a barrister rather than a solicitor? The short answer is it is likely to save you money. In the past, you could not engage the services of a barrister without first speaking to a solicitor. Therefore, if your case needed a barrister you would always be paying for two lawyers rather than one. By coming directly to me, to use a colloquialism, you are cutting out the middleman.

Working with me also has the significant benefit of agreeing fixed fees for specific pieces of work, such as written advice, a conference or a court appearance. A further advantage is a speed. If you need a legal opinion on something urgently it may be quicker to go directly, rather than through a solicitor.

What about engaging a local solicitors firm? Solicitors will prepare your case for the final hearing, but will likely source your case out to a local Barrister for all the court hearings, including the final trial or sentence hearing, so it's likely you will see a different face at court on each occasion, making it very confusing and repetitive for you. When you use me, you get the same person representing you from the beginning to the end of your case. I will know your case inside out, as I will have prepared it.

Of course, you are free to choose whoever you want to represent you at court, but be aware that there are lots of solicitors who claim to understand and be ‘experts’ in road traffic law, but who specialise in general criminal law and don’t have genuine expertise.

If you want the best result, then look no further.

I offer a fixed fee for my representation, that includes preliminary advice, this way you know exactly where you stand.
